Todd Ruderman has an extensive background in various aspects of commercial real estate, throughout his career he’s worked for national construction firms, private equity groups and entrepreneurial startups. He is specialized in property management, site acquisition, development and investment. He is a graduate from Northeastern University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Babson College where he received a Master of Business Administrations. In 2002 He founded Tarco Properties with the intent of growing a commercial real estate portfolio throughout the eastern United States. Today he owns Value Store It Management which manages close to 1.5 million square feet of self-storage properties in Florida and Massachusetts. As well he is an investor in self-storage, retail, multifamily, office and industrial properties throughout the United States. Todd is a devoted parent of three children and a committed sponsor of Autism research and support programs including; The Lurie Center, Friendship Circle, The University of Miami Center for Autism and Related Disabilities, The Dan Marino Foundation, Best Buddies International, Crohn’s & Colitis and Scouts BSA. Todd’s various company’s employ adults with special needs at 10 of his locations.
